Aligned Medical Center got its start as Learner Chiropractic in 2006. Dr. Marc Lerner transitioned from a business center towards a career in healthcare. In 2018, the practice evolved into an interdisciplinary clinic, now known as Aligned Medical Center. The focus moved to providing a more integrated, patient‒centered approach to care by combining chiropractic, physical therapy, and medical services under one roof. The shift was inspired by Dr. Lerner’s training alongside an Olympic medical director, emphasizing the importance of collaboration when providing comprehensive treatment.
